RepairTech Solutions provides fast, secure doorstep pickup and return delivery for device repairs across all pincodes in Bangalore, as well as reliable shipping for certified refurbished devices and accessories nationwide.

1. Doorstep Repair Pickup & Drop (Bangalore City)

  • Coverage Area: We cover all pincodes in Bangalore, including Marathahalli, Whitefield, Jayanagar, Koramangala, HSR Layout, Electronic City, Indiranagar, Malleshwaram, Yelahanka, and surrounding areas.
  • Scheduling: Pickup slots are available Monday through Sunday between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Bookings made before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day pickup.
  • Repair Delivery Timelines:
    • Standard Repairs (Screens, Batteries, Charging Ports): Delivered back within 24 hours.
    • Advanced Chip Level Repairs: Delivered back within 24 to 48 hours following thorough quality checks.

2. Shipping for Refurbished Devices & Accessories

  • Bangalore Express Delivery: Delivered within 24 to 48 hours via local courier or in house logistics team.
  • Pan India Shipping: Orders shipped outside Bangalore are dispatched through trusted courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, Expressbees) and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on location.
  • Order Tracking: Tracking details and order status links are sent via SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Completed Repairs: Doorstep pick-and-drop is free for approved repairs exceeding ₹1,500.
  • Cancelled or Unfixable Repairs: A flat logistics fee of ₹299 applies if a device is returned without repair work being approved or if a chip level fault is unfixable.
  • Refurbished Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
