Software & Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all software purchases, subscriptions, downloads, license keys, and digital services are generally non-refundable once delivered, activated, or accessed.
However, if you experience any technical issues, our support team will work promptly to resolve the problem.
Refunds for digital products may be considered only in exceptional cases, including:
- Duplicate purchases
- Billing or payment errors
- Verified technical issues preventing access to purchased software
- Product or service damage caused directly by our mistake
- Failure to provide the purchased digital service as promised
If an issue caused by our service cannot be resolved or repaired, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Physical Products
If physical products are sold through our store, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is unused
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or invoice is provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The issue occurred due to our mistake
If any product sold or serviced by our store is damaged due to our handling, repair work, or service error, we will repair the product at no additional cost. If the item is determined to be non-repairable, a refund or replacement may be provided.
Non-Returnable Items

- License keys and activation codes

- Custom-configured or special-order products

- Products damaged due to customer misuse or unauthorized repairs
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the issue or damaged product

Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank processing time.
